Do I need membership to use Keepinboxes?⌄

Yes. Only members can receive parcels. Non-member parcels are rejected and returned.

When does box rent start?⌄

Only when your parcel is placed into a locker. You don’t pay during shopping or shipping.

Can I store multiple parcels and collect later?⌄

Yes. You can accumulate shipments and plan your trip before collecting.

Do you provide insurance?⌄

We have store insurance. Optional user insurance is being researched (coming soon).
